FAQ 1.: Do I need high-speed internet service to have my own on-line store?
Answer: No. Dial-up works just fine.
FAQ 2.: Do I need internet access in my hospital to have an on-line store?
Answer: No, but it would help. You can process the orders from home each night and simply bring the packing slip to the office each morning. But if a client calls to ask questions about an order it would be helpful to have internet access.
FAQ 3.: Do I need to have an existing website?
Answer: No. We will handle all internet registrations and set-up.
FAQ 4.: Do I need to have e-mail?
Answer: Yes. If you do not already have e-mail, we will set it up and host it for you.
FAQ 5.: I already have a website and email. Can I use my existing web address? Will an on-line store interfere with my existing web presence?
Answer: If you already have a website, we can use the address without interfering with your existing web presence. We will need the cooperation of your existing ISP (Internet Service Provided), however.

Answer: Yes.
FAQ 7.: Who decides what is for sale on my site?

FAQ 10.: Who ships the orders?

FAQ 12.: When a client pays using a creadit card, to whose account does the money get deposited to?
Answer: Yours, of course.
FAQ 13.: How do I price my product?
Answer: You may charge what-ever you like on-line. Some veterinarians charge the same on-line as they do in-house. This may or may not mean you are competitive with other on-line pharmacies. Some veterinarians charge less on-line than they do in-house. They justify this by understanding that the cost of doing business on-line is lower than doing business in-house. It is not uncommon for major retailers to offer specials or products on-line that are not available in the store.
