The VIP e-Pharmacy is available for both single-location hospitals and multi-location hospitals. For those practices with numerous locations, the users have an option at the end of the transaction to select the hospital of which they are clients. E-mail will then be sent to that hospital or a single master location from which you will ship out of.
Included in the price is:
- Customized e-Pharmacy: Your e-pharmacy will be uniquely branded around your hospital. If you have an existing site we will carry the color scheme and theme to your online pharmacy. Display as many products as you would like to sell. Generate automatic email reminders to increase compliance. Send out newsletters to your clients to strengthen the veterinary/client/patient relationship.
- Domain Registration: We will register a domain name for your practice.
- Secure Certificate: The site will be completely secure using up to 256-bit encryption secure certificates.
- E-mail Hosting: We will provide e-mail accounts to help manage your e-Pharmacy. These email addresses will be qualified with your domain name.
- Web Hosting: Your e-Pharmacy will be hosted on our secure servers and will have no impact on the function of your hospital’s computers.
- Unlimited Training: We will train as many members of your staff as you would like to use the e-pharmacy administrative section. There is no limit on the amount of time we will spend training or speaking to your staff.
- Support: If you have a question or need help at anytime you can contact us. We will get back to you as soon as possible. There is NO CHARGE for support at any time. You will get as much as you need.
- Free Upgrades: As we upgrade and modify our software you will receive these enhancements for free.
- The VIP Guarantee: To show how strongly we feel about our product and this service, we guarantee that you will generate at least 100% return in sales on your investment within the first 12 months your e-Pharmacy is on-line. If you do not generate in sales at least 100% return on your investment within the first year, your service will continue at no charge from VIP until you have accomplished that goal.
