Problems are classified as critical or non-criticalA problem is considered critical if the e-Pharmacy is not accessible on-line or your client is not able to complete a transaction.  If there is a critical problem, we probably already know and are working to resolve the issue.  However, you may report critical problems 24/7/365 by calling 516-965-3572.  This number may be used to report critical problems only.  Reports of critical problems are usually responded to in less than 1hr.
